A retainer is required and a retention agreement must be executed before we can begin to represent you or your business. The retainer amount will vary depending on the matter in which we have been retained to represent you. You will receive a monthly billing statement that includes a detailed explanation on the work performed on your case, the amount of time that was expended, and which member of our office performed the work on your behalf. We always try to use the lowest ranked, yet properly qualified, individual to perform specific tasks on your behalf in order to keep your bill as low as possible. Because of the nature of the cases which we provide representation for, and because of the possibility of the occurrence of unpredictable circumstances, we are not in a position to quote a specific and final fee for our professional legal services.
